Get to know me
Families & Small Weddings in the Annapolis Valley
I’m someone who feels things deeply and notices the small details most people miss — the way your child leans into you, the quiet comfort between two people who love each other, the soft moments that happen when no one is performing. My work is warm, natural, and grounded in real connection. I believe your photos should feel like your actual life: honest, comfortable, and full of heart.
Life moves quietly, then all at once. I’m here to help you hold onto the parts that matter.
Being a mother is my favourite thing in the world, and it changed the way I photograph everything.
It made me pay attention to the tiny details. The way little hands reach for you, the soft weight of a child leaning in, the quiet moments that happen in between the chaos. Motherhood taught me how fast it all moves, how quickly each season shifts, and how the smallest moments end up being the ones we miss the most.
I’m a nature lover at heart, happiest near the water, under a canopy of trees, or inside someone’s cozy, lived-in home.
I photograph people the way I experience the world: quietly, honestly, and with a lot of feeling. I don’t rush or over-pose. I guide when needed, step back when it matters, and make sure you always feel safe and seen. Whether it’s a family session or a tiny wedding, my goal is simple: to create images that feel like home.

what you can expect
Calm.
Quietly observant.
Supportive.
A little funny without trying too hard.
Someone who genuinely loves seeing you be yourselves.
I don’t shove cameras in faces.
I don’t rush or force anything.
I give gentle direction when you need it and space when you don’t.
I watch for honest moments, the ones that aren’t planned or polished.
I will always prioritize how you feel over how you look.
I care deeply about your comfort.
I believe everyone deserves to be photographed in a way that feels
safe and true.
And I want your photos to mean more to you as the years pass, not less.
You don’t need to practice.
You don’t need to prepare.
You don’t need to be anything other than yourselves.
You’re safe here.
Your story is safe here.
